- You should be a fan of Matt and Stefan. Or at least like them. Or know who they are. No point in joining otherwise. XD
- You don't have to be a fan of them in both the books and the TV series to join - liking them in just one version of the Vampire Diaries is fine.
- If you have a site, and want the URL listing here, you must put a code up on it somewhere. A cliques/rings page, or LiveJournal profile page is fine. Please leave a comment when you apply to say where you've put the code if it's not on a main page.
- The code must be up on your site before you submit to the fanlisting. Your site will not be approved until a code appears in an easy to find place.
